Effective date: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Infinite (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit digitalinfinite.com or es.digitalinfinite.com, contact us, request a free audit, book a call, or buy one of our plans, and the choices and rights you have.
Who we are
Digital Infinite provides online marketing services to small businesses. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@digitalinfinite.com or using the details at the end of this page.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and business details: your name, business name, email, phone number, city or service area, website and message, when you use our contact form, request an audit or book a call.
- Questionnaire answers: your trade, the challenges you choose and the numbers you enter in our missed-call calculator.
- Account and order details: when you buy a plan, your name, billing address, email, phone, order history and plan status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us by email, text message or phone.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the page you came from, and the date and time of your visit, recorded in our server logs and, with your permission, by analytics tools.
- Campaign information: if you arrive from an ad or a link with tracking tags, the campaign tags (such as utm_source) and click identifiers from Google, Meta or Microsoft, which we attach to your request so we know which ads work.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see “Cookies and tracking” below.
Information from other sources
- Public information about your business, such as your website, Google Business Profile, ratings and reviews, which we review (partly with automated tools, including Google PageSpeed Insights) to prepare your free audit.
- Payment confirmations and fraud-prevention signals from Stripe.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions, prepare and send your free audit, schedule calls and send confirmations and reminders.
- To provide the services you buy, manage your account, process payments and renewals, and send receipts and service messages.
- To follow up about your audit or our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in each email.
- To call or text you about your request and our services, if you gave us your mobile number and consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, with your permission where the law requires it.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and spam (for example, limiting how often a form can be sent from the same connection).
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on these legal bases: performing a contract with you or taking steps at your request before one (audits, bookings, plans); our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, which we balance against your rights; your consent (analytics and advertising cookies, marketing texts), which you can withdraw at any time; and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run our business: website hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), the customer-relationship and messaging tools we use to manage requests and send emails and texts, scheduling, and, when you allow it, analytics and advertising (Google and Meta). They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- Advertising partners: if you accept advertising cookies, Google and Meta receive information about your visit (such as pages viewed and whether you sent a form) to measure and improve our ads. Under some US state laws this may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or “targeted advertising”. You can opt out at any time (see “Your privacy choices”).
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
We do not share your mobile phone number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages (SMS)
- How you opt in: by ticking the optional, unticked box next to the phone field on our contact or booking forms, or by asking us to text you. You do not have to agree to texts to send a form or buy from us.
- What we send: replies to your request, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about the service you asked about. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them.
- How often: message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out and help: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them (we send one confirmation and nothing more), or HELP for help. You can also contact us at hello@digitalinfinite.com.
- No sharing: text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We group the cookies and similar technologies on this site as follows:
- Necessary (always on): keep the site working and secure: your cart, checkout and signing in to your account (DISESSID, a session cookie), fraud prevention during payment (Stripe: __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) and remembering your cookie choices (di_consent, kept for 12 months). Our forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser and connection (such as your IP address and browser details) to tell people from automated programs. Cloudflare uses this information only to provide the check.
- Analytics (only with your permission): Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) and our own measurement stored in your browser: which version of a headline or page you saw (di_ab_*, di_fv) and which campaign brought you to us (diAttribution).
- Advertising (only with your permission): Google Ads (_gcl_au and related cookies) and the Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc), to measure and improve our ads.
Videos on our pages load only when you press play. YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo may then set their own cookies.
You can change your choices at any time with Your privacy choices at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as checkout, will not work without necessary cookies.
Your privacy choices
- Cookies: use Your privacy choices to accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies. Turning off advertising also opts you out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of targeted advertising, for that browser.
- Global Privacy Control: we honor GPC signals. If your browser sends one, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
- Do Not Track: there is no common standard for “Do Not Track” signals, so we do not respond to them; we honor Global Privacy Control instead.
- Emails and texts: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply STOP to any text message.
How long we keep information
- Audit requests, bookings and other inquiries: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client accounts, orders and billing records: while you are a client and up to 7 years afterwards, as tax and accounting laws require.
- Server and security logs: up to 12 months.
- Cookies: as described above, or until you delete them.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption of stored account keys and passwords, and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it, in a portable format where applicable.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, targeted advertising and profiling. We do not use your information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, and, in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, object to or restrict certain processing.
- Not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
How to make a request: email hello@digitalinfinite.com with the subject “Privacy request”, or use the contact details below. To protect you, we verify your request by matching information we already have, such as the email address you used with us. You can use an authorized agent with your written permission; we may ask the agent for proof and ask you to confirm your identity. We respond within 45 days (one month in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), and may extend this once when the law allows, letting you know why. Requests are free.
Appeals: if we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Appeal”. We will respond within the time required by law, usually 45 to 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the result, you can contact your state Attorney General.
California residents
In the last 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); customer records (billing address, account and order details); commercial information (plans purchased); internet or other electronic activity (pages viewed, campaign tags and click identifiers); general location (the city or area you give us, or derived from your IP address); and professional or business information (business name, trade, website). We collect them from you, automatically from your device, from public sources and from Stripe, for the purposes described in this policy, and keep them for the periods above.
We disclose each category to our service providers for business purposes. If advertising cookies are on, identifiers and internet activity may be shared with Google and Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out as described above. We do not sell or share personal information of consumers we know to be under 16. We use account sign-in details only to provide your account, so the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information does not apply. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
We are based in the United States and store information there. When we transfer personal information from these regions, we rely on safeguards recognized by law, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or our providers’ certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Visitors in Mexico
You can exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) and revoke your consent by writing to hello@digitalinfinite.com. Please include your name, the email or phone number you used with us, and what you are requesting. We will respond within the time required by Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above, and if the changes are significant we will let you know, for example by email or a notice on the site.
